* A-Line Kits Include: Mashima motor, flywheels and wiring hardware.
** These kits are either in short supply or out of stock. Item numbers followed by "**" are indefinitely out of stock at Walthers. According to their web site they have a new supplier for motors and will be shipping most kits again soon. They also say the performance of the new motors may be better than the Sagami.
*** The Loco-Pro Motor Kits are distributed by Out-Shop Service (610) 432-4645. Kits include: motor w/ dual flywheels, special mount, and wiring. They claim a 10 minute installation and excellent instructions.
Note: Kato Sells 2 different can motors that could be used for repowering, I am not sure of the shaft size, but with the appropriate universal coupling, it could be a shoe-in for repowering. More on this as I get more information. 381-956020 (switchers) and 381-956010 (road Units). I am also working on some other alternates from Buhler and others.
